Digital Delivery Policy

Buildem One is an online service provided by Buildem Construction Solutions and used in a web browser.

No physical shipping

Nothing is shipped to you, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

How you receive access

After we receive your payment and the setup information we need — your company details, and the name, email address and mobile number of the person who will administer your account — we set up your company's account and send sign-in access to your administrator. We confirm in writing when your account is ready.

When your subscription starts

Your subscription period starts on the day your account is activated. Your order confirmation and invoice show the start and end dates.

If information is missing

If we need more information to set up your account, we will tell you in writing what is outstanding.

What is included

• Standard account setup.
• One remote onboarding session.

Moving data from another system, custom development and integrations are not included; each needs a separate written quotation before any work starts.
