Tiling and flooring contractor software

From levelling to polishing: progress, material arrival and the crew, on one project.

Tiling and flooring contractors run on Buildem One's shared project, site-reporting and procurement workflows, configured with their own stages.

Square metres and running feet

Floor and wall work is priced in sqm, and skirting and edging in rft. On the Professional plan, BOQ lines carry their own unit, and a BOQ can be loaded in bulk.

Material that arrives in pieces

Tiles, adhesive and grout come in several deliveries. Purchase orders, delivery challans and stock show what was ordered, what has reached the site and what is left. When work stops for want of material, the daily progress report can record Material Unavailable as the reason for the delay.

The crew, site by site

Labour attendance is marked by site, with overtime approved against hours worked, so the crew on a floor is a record rather than a recollection.

Billing against measurement

On the Professional plan, work orders, measurement sheets and RA bills carry measured quantities through to the bill, and labour contractors can be tagged by trade, including tiling and flooring.

Stages in your own words

Stages are set by each contractor in Settings. Screed and grouting are among the defaults; a tiling or flooring contractor might add:
