A: To initiate a return for defective or damaged products, contact our customer service team at Support@buildem.in within 24 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number, Proof of purchase (bill)  and the reason for the return.

A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

A: Refunds are typically not provided unless there is a defect or incorrect product delivered. If your case qualifies for a refund, our team will process it after the return has been confirmed.

A: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a return, based on the issue.

A: Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

Q: Yes, orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel your order.
